Lost & Found

Looking for something? If you lost an item in an ANC terminal, parking garage, or shuttle bus, please file an online report.

If you are unable to file a report, you can also visit or call the ANC Lost and Found office for assistance. Please be prepared to provide your name, address, phone number and a detailed description of the lost item.

*Lost and Found items are kept for approximately 60-90 days before disposal, per 17ACC 42.110.

If you are missing bags or left an item on an aircraft, please contact the airline directly. Contact information for airlines that serve ANC can be found here.

GARAGE UPDATE: The parking garage is currently at capacity and the number of available spaces will be reduced by 50% beginning March 20 as improvements begin on levels 3 & 4. Read more. With long term parking being full, in response, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead for alternative parking.
