Terminal & Airline Space

The Air Service Development Director is responsible for retaining, expanding and attracting passenger and cargo carriers to operate at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The Air Service Development department is also responsible for monitoring international aviation agreements and airservice route authority.

Business Development: Develop and facilitate cargo and passenger facility expansions, terminal development, strategic business planning, manage the Master Plan, and participate in Operating Agreement negotiations.

GARAGE UPDATE: The airport parking garage is operating at 50% reduced capacity until October 2023 as maintenance work is completed. Travelers are encouraged to allow extra time when arriving to utilize offsite parking if needed (learn more).
